Booking Cancellations
You may cancel your booking subject to the following terms:
- Cancellation more than 14 days before the event: Full refund of the booking amount will be provided.
- Cancellation between 7 and 14 days before the event: A 50% refund will be issued.
- Cancellation less than 7 days before the event: No refund will be granted, but rescheduling options may be available subject to availability.
Rescheduling Bookings
If you need to reschedule your event, please contact us at least 7 days prior to the original booking date. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability. No additional fees will be charged if rescheduled within this period. For changes requested within 7 days of the event, additional fees may apply.
Refund Process
Refunds will be processed through the original payment method used during booking. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after approval.
Non-Refundable Fees
Certain fees such as booking deposits, administrative fees, or third-party service charges are non-refundable. Any applicable fees will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.
Event Cancellations by Event Hall
In rare cases, Event Hall may need to cancel or postpone your booking due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, emergencies). In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost.
